A-Musik established in 1996 out of the extraordinary record store of the same name.
A-Musik as label had the same eclectic approach towards music as the shop did and does. Avantgarde electronics & compositions by Marcus Schmickler, minimal techno ping-pong by L@N, indietronic precursor Schlammpeitziger, by Autechre admired knob twiddler F.X. Randomiz, cabaret / punk electric speed-chansons by Felix Kubin, middle-of-the-road inspired fluxus by Wolfgang Müller (of Die Tödliche Doris), D-I-Y experiments by Go:gol, laptop quartet Dat Politics (before they went trio). A-Musik is capable to be annoying and fascinating at the same time.
