Cyne emerged on the highly anticipated hiphop-imprint "Botanica Del Jibaro", Beta Bodega's offshot for fat beats. Their 12"s "Midas" and "African Elephants" are classics of the new underground hiphop. Cyne moved on to CCO and released 2 12"s and the critically acclaimed album "Evolution Fight", which in almost every review was called "Evolution Flight". Dubious. New material from the Gainesville crew is expected in 2006.
