First single released in correspondence with the new album "12 Desperate Straight Lines" (February 2011 via Morr Music): Starting with an intro, that is in some ways reminiscent to The Cure, "Please Ask For Help" turns out to be a true stomper, pushed forward by it's harsh drums. These are countered by elaborate melodies, which are in a little grumpy mood. The song was recorded and produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie) and will also appear on the forthcoming album.
The flip contains a cover of "Game Of Pricks", originally played by Guided By Voices. In less than two minutes Michael B. Lerner will break every heart, that beats for Indie Rock.
