- All offers are subject to change and product availability. There is no requirement that purchase orders be accepted.
- All prices are quoted in EUR (euro).
- All prices for orders with a delivery address inside the EU include german VAT (19%). Orders with a delivery address outside the EU are exempt from VAT. In this case we suggest you to check well in advance the custom and tax regulations for import of goods from the EU to your country .
- Partial delivery and partial services are legaly admissable.
Insofar as nothing else is agreed on, the consignment will be sent from the Anost warehouse to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser.
If you order goods for delivery overseas you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Delivery dates are without commitment. Withdrawal from the contract because of delivery delays is not admissible.

Delivery
- Delivery to Germany within seven days.
- If a delivery delay comes to our attention, we will inform you by writing an email.
- A recievement is is to be considered as refused, if you refuse a delivery or if you ignore or forget to pick-up a delivery in time. Please notice the terms and conditions of UPS and Deutsche Post AG.

FAQ
Q: How is the shipping fee calculated?
A: The shipping fee includes postage and packaging and is scaled depending on weight. the price levels follow the real costs as close as possible.
Q: Which shipping company do you use? Is the package trackable?
A: We use UPS or registered letter by German Mail, depending on the lower price. For orders sent by UPS, an email with tracking code is sent to the recipient automatically. For packages sent using German Mail, we keep the tracking code for the case of reclamation since they are not always possible to track down to the recipient online. If you need to know which company we use for your shipment, please write us a mail or a note in the order form field.
Q: Is there a possiblitiy to pick up the order directly in Berlin?
A: We have no record shop and cannot offer this option officially. However, according to prior agreement by phone or mail, it may be possible in particular cases.
Q: Can you ship to a German Mail Packstation?
A: As a general rule this is not possible as we send most packages to Germany by UPS. However, please send us a mail prior to placing your order to find out if it is possible in your particular case.
Q: Why and when a discount of more than 15% is offered?
A: Orders to a destination area outside the EU are exempt from VAT. German VAT is 19% on the net price, the VAT exemption thus gives a 15,96% Discount on the gross price. This discount will be offered and shown automatically when a shipping address outside the EU is chosen. The invoice address has no infuence on the VAT exemption. Please note: the discount is given only on the items we sell, NOT on the shipping fee. We suggest you to check well in advance the custom and tax regulation for import of goods from the EU to the destination country.
